More Than Battery Storage: Our Engineering Expertise for Your Project

As a manufacturer with in-house development, RVA offers additional specialized services around battery technology and electric drives.

Module Welding

We weld custom battery modules using modern laser technology at our facility in Nordhausen. Laser-welding the cell connectors delivers permanently low-resistance connections with minimal heat input into the cell.

We use this process both for our own battery systems and for customer projects. We develop and manufacture energy storage batteries in Germany with various capacities and voltages from pre-fabricated lithium-ion cells. Each battery module is assembled according to the requirements of your operation or your product.

Battery Test Bench

We inspect and test your batteries to the highest standards and under every conceivable operating scenario. For this, we use only the best test equipment – our Heinzinger battery tester meets every requirement.

With it, we can test: lithium-ion batteries, lithium-polymer batteries, nickel-metal hydride batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries, lead-acid batteries, electric double-layer capacitors, supercapacitors, all types of fuel cells, and other technologies.

Electric Drive Conversion

Together with our customers, we develop new electric drive concepts and convert machine fleets to electric drives. The market for construction machinery is only slowly moving toward electric drives – our engineers have solved the biggest technical hurdles in introducing them.

We develop environmentally friendly drive systems from a single source.

EVUM Battery Repair

We extend the service life of traction batteries in vans, minibuses, and construction machinery. We renew cells, inspect the BMS, and confirm your battery's performance with a fresh end-of-line test.
